Full Stack Engineer (Growth)

Role overview Build the web experiences and content systems that help visitors discover a digital design product and become active users. You’ll work across marketing pages, localized content, analytics and onboarding, partnering with growth and content colleagues to run measurable improvements.

Responsibilities - Create reusable pages, templates and content blocks that non-engineers can update through a CMS. - Launch and assess experiments across the website and user onboarding with the growth team. - Maintain technical SEO, site performance and reliable analytics across seven locales. - Develop lightweight tools and calculators to attract and engage prospective users. - Automate content workflows that draw from internal registries, a workspace wiki and video sources.

Requirements - At least three years of experience with TypeScript, React and a modern web framework. - Experience using a headless CMS or building a structured content system. - Ability to improve page speed and understand how search engines interpret web pages. - Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools. - Clear written communication.

Nice to have - Experience with Next.js and Payload CMS. - Knowledge of caching, prerendering, localization or programmatic page generation.
