Responsibilities - Architect and maintain large-scale ML systems serving ads models - Improve training, serving, and data pipelines for ad relevance and ranking - Partner with modeling, infrastructure, and product teams on platform direction - Drive technical decisions across the ads ML stack - Mentor senior engineers and contribute to long-term platform strategy
