About this role
Role overview Work with government partners to bring data products into complex correctional systems, helping agency teams use data to improve outcomes for people in the justice system. You’ll connect partner needs with the core product and engineering teams, shaping deployments and feeding real-world lessons back into the software.

Requirements - At least 3 years of technical experience and strong engineering fundamentals. - Ability to solve ambiguous problems and work patiently through complex, real-world systems. - Strong communication and customer collaboration skills, including empathy for people affected by the work. - Willingness to travel to partner locations.
Nice to have - Experience with government technology, legacy enterprise systems, or regulated data such as justice or health records. - Background building or managing data pipelines, or using ETL tools. - Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and with React or full-stack development. - Experience with AI coding assistants.
Benefits and work setup The full-time role can be remote within the United States or based in New York City or Oakland. Occasional travel is expected. Compensation is listed at $139,050 or $159,650 depending on seniority; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents, flexible time off, paid parental leave, a retirement plan with company match, wellness and mental health support, and remote work flexibility with optional office access.
