About this role
Role overview This role sits at the junction of business strategy, applied artificial intelligence, and domain expertise within a healthcare communications environment. The focus is on translating business priorities into practical generative AI solutions across an Activation portfolio spanning media, social, content, creator/influencer, and omnichannel work. The right person moves fluidly from ambiguity to action, prototyping ideas and helping the organisation adopt AI responsibly.

Requirements - Experience in AI innovation, product, or a closely related area. - Demonstrated background in media, social, influencer, or adtech on the agency, platform, or product/analytics side. - Hands-on experience building, testing, and iterating on generative AI workflows, prototypes, copilots, or agents. - Proficiency with LLM APIs, prompting strategies, and AI-assisted development environments. - Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical, testable AI use cases. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have - Working knowledge of paid media buying, platform mechanics, and campaign measurement. - Understanding of agency campaign cycles, reporting cadences, and regulated client environments.
