About this role
Role overview
Lead technical delivery for digital healthcare and pharmaceutical experiences, from marketing sites and interactive applications to event displays and data-driven tools. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with architecture, delivery leadership, and AI-assisted design-to-code workflows, while protecting usability, accessibility, security, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery from initial brief or design through launch, translating creative and UX direction into practical implementation plans. - Build and review production-quality full-stack code while contributing directly to development alongside technical leadership. - Design solutions that balance delivery speed with maintainability, security, and accessibility. - Set development workflows and code review practices, and maintain deployment pipelines and project environments. - Use design handoff tools and AI coding assistants to speed up implementation while preserving design intent. - Coordinate milestones, risks, testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across concurrent projects. - Improve delivery through automation, quality reviews, and better development processes.
Requirements
- At least seven years of hands-on development experience, including three or more years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect role. - Strong full-stack capability and the ability to build, review, and unblock work across application layers. - A solid understanding of UX and visual design, including the ability to interpret design files, evaluate user flows, and spot implementation drift. - Experience owning delivery milestones, communicating risks, and preparing deployments across multiple projects. - A record of accountability for quality, including defect triage, post-launch reviews, and process improvements. - Daily practical use of AI coding tools, with the ability to establish effective team workflows around them. - Experience with design-to-code tooling, design tokens, and component handoff; production experience with automated QA methods such as visual regression or accessibility testing.
Benefits and work setup
- Hybrid or remote within the United States, depending on team and business needs; employees within commuting distance of an office are expected onsite two days per week. - Annual pay range of $119,000–$140,000; the final amount depends on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location.
