Senior Product Manager - Documents Team

Role overview A senior product leader is needed to own and drive the strategy for a flagship file-management super app on iPhone, iPad, and an expanding web platform. The role centers on shaping a long-term product vision, taking initiatives from concept through launch, and translating emerging technologies into user-facing features that move meaningful business metrics. The position calls for a high degree of autonomy and partnership with senior product leadership to co-own roadmap direction.

Responsibilities - Define, maintain, and execute a multi-platform product roadmap that balances user value with strategic business goals - Lead end-to-end delivery of major features, including AI-powered tools, from opportunity sizing through post-launch iteration - Conduct and synthesize user research to surface behaviors, needs, and pain points that inform prioritization - Use quantitative data, funnels, and experimentation to frame problems, validate hypotheses, and guide trade-offs - Partner closely with design, engineering, research, and marketing to ship high-quality releases on schedule - Design and run experiments, analyze outcomes, and iterate quickly based on measured learnings

Requirements - Demonstrated track record of owning a product area and shipping impactful, customer-facing features - Strong analytical fluency with metrics, funnels, A/B testing, and modern product-analytics tooling - Deep user empathy supported by hands-on or leveraged user research experience - Strategic mindset with the ability to connect individual product decisions to broader user and business objectives - Comfortable collaborating across design, engineering, and research functions in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts - Solid grasp of mobile UX patterns and the full product lifecycle on iOS, plus clear written and verbal communication

Nice to have - Background shipping products on both mobile and web surfaces - Domain experience in productivity, file management, or related software categories - Prior work delivering AI-powered features or products to real users - Familiarity with AI prototyping and vibe-coding tools for accelerating product workflows
