Role overview A technical program management role overseeing delivery and lifecycle management of large-scale, third-party network infrastructure across multiple markets. The position sits at the intersection of technical operations, network engineering, and vendor management, ensuring colocation, dark fiber, and bandwidth services are delivered on time and aligned with evolving business needs.
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end third-party vendor infrastructure delivery, covering build, network connectivity, acceptance testing, and documentation, including project tracking and technical drawings. - Run kickoff and recurring status meetings, escalate delivery risks through vendor management chains, and coordinate across technical operations, network engineering, and acquisition teams. - Maintain quality and accuracy of leased infrastructure documentation, keeping network inventory aligned with commercial contract records. - Identify and operationalize process improvements that increase efficiency and better serve cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners. - Manage and evolve capacity across the portfolio to ensure ongoing alignment with current and future business requirements. - Translate contractual and technical requirements from new vendor agreements into executable delivery plans.
Requirements - BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience. - 4+ years of experience developing and managing network infrastructure programs, vendor management, and delivery of leased assets including dark fiber, bandwidth services, and colocation space and power. - 2+ years of experience with space and power build-out projects in data centers or third-party colocation facilities. - Experience leading project teams or vendor resources and defining success metrics against which delivery is measured. - Hands-on experience ordering and managing colocation space, including AC and DC power consumption.
Nice to have - Colocation subject-matter expertise across planning, design, and engineering of data center and standalone sites, plus capacity headroom and power analysis. - Experience engineering colocation sites to support outside-plant to inside-plant pathways and RFE development. - Familiarity with central office design, data center electrical and mechanical best practices, and space or power planning tools such as Netcracker, ServiceNow, Sitetracker, and GSuite. - Background working on highly visible, time-sensitive projects tied to revenue and customer targets, plus contract negotiation or network acquisition experience.
Benefits and work setup - US base salary range of $102,900–$166,600 plus bonus and benefits; final compensation varies by location. - This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
