Senior Full Stack Web Developer - Platform Solutions

Role overview

Build and improve backend services and web applications that support shared platform capabilities, products, and internal teams. This senior engineering role spans technical design through deployment and production monitoring, with responsibility for modernizing existing systems and improving their reliability and maintainability.

Responsibilities - Design and maintain backend services, responsive web applications, secure REST APIs, and microservices. - Own delivery from technical planning and API design through testing, deployment, and production monitoring. - Improve legacy systems by refactoring code, reducing technical debt, and contributing to architectural changes with senior technical leadership. - Document systems and establish coding practices that support knowledge sharing and consistent engineering. - Help teams deliver integrations and initiatives across products and internal systems. - Make practical trade-offs among performance, scalability, and maintainability based on product needs.

Requirements - At least five years of professional experience building and scaling web applications, including strong Symfony and React.js skills. - Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs and microservices, including API versioning and event-driven architectures. - Hands-on Docker experience and an understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes. - Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, schema design, query optimization, and caching. - Ability to write unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality. - Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to turn product needs and user feedback into practical solutions and deliver work independently.

Nice to have - Kubernetes, Terraform, infrastructure as code, or Google Cloud Platform experience. - Familiarity with security practices, OAuth2, JWT, SAML, or GDPR-related data protection. - Experience with B2B or SaaS products, especially dashboards, subscription billing, entitlement management, or license integrations. - Collaboration with principal architects or work on shared design systems and platform libraries.
