About this role
Role overview A remote UK role for a senior product leader within a B2B SaaS company whose platform helps businesses deliver personalised gifts, branded merchandise, and event experiences at scale. The position owns end-to-end product initiatives, from problem discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption, and partners closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer insight into shipped outcomes.
Responsibilities - Set product direction and priorities by combining company goals, stakeholder input, customer research, market signals, data, and technical constraints. - Frame problems and target experiences before solutions, producing clear narratives and journeys that align design and engineering on intended outcomes. - Lead initiatives through discovery, delivery, rollout, and iteration, partnering with engineering on scope, trade-offs, and pacing. - Balance customer, commercial, UX, and technical considerations when making product decisions, and align the wider business on compromises and expectations. - Build relationships with external technology partners to scope integrations, align roadmaps, and bring joint opportunities to market. - Coordinate launches with customer success, sales, marketing, logistics, finance, legal, and other teams to drive adoption and measurable value.
Requirements - A track record of owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery and measurable outcomes. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity using evidence and judgement. - Independent operator who proactively gathers context from customers, stakeholders, and data while staying anchored to company priorities. - Solid commercial and business awareness, with curiosity about how the wider organisation operates. - Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering on systems, integrations, and scope decisions. - Clear, influential communicator who can align diverse audiences including leadership, engineers, customers, and partners.
