Responsibilities
- Lead delivery for one or more client engagements, with accountability for outcomes, timelines, and quality - Act as an Agile Coach, guiding teams and leadership on agile principles, frameworks, and continuous improvement - Manage project governance, planning, and reporting across the delivery portfolio - Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to align delivery execution with client objectives in financial services - Support teams in adopting and maturing agile practices, ceremonies, and metrics
Requirements
- Significant experience in project and delivery management within engineering or technology organizations - Strong background as an Agile Coach, with practical command of agile and Scrum frameworks - Demonstrated experience delivering work for financial services clients - Fluent German and working English, given the stakeholder mix and remote collaboration model - Comfort operating remotely from Romania with distributed teams
