About this role
Role overview A consulting services project manager is needed to plan, organize, and deliver client engagements from kickoff through installation. The position focuses on medium-sized and ad hoc projects, balancing schedule, resourcing, budget, and scope across cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment with occasional on-site client work.
Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end project activities, from initiation through final installation and closure. - Prepare and maintain core project deliverables including project plans, change requests, and project lists. - Track overall schedule, resources, budget, and scope, ensuring alignment with approved requirements. - Run weekly customer status calls, respond to client requests promptly, and escalate issues with recommended solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members to execute work products and meet milestones. - Confirm adequate resources and funding are in place to support all project activities.
Requirements - 3+ years of applicable professional experience with a track record of successful delivery. - 2+ years of project management and industry experience preferred. - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. - Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. - Customer-focused, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present virtually. - Willingness to travel up to 35% and work on client sites when needed.
Nice to have - PMP certification. - Experience building working relationships with stakeholders through management level.
