Senior Implementations Product Specialist

Role overview Lead customer implementation and sustained adoption of software that supports radiology workflows. You’ll combine product expertise, workflow consulting, and customer engagement to help clinical, operational, and IT teams configure solutions effectively and use them consistently.

Responsibilities - Prepare customers for launch, deliver product training, and guide go-live stabilization with administrators and radiologists. - Assess radiology workflows before and after launch to identify configuration needs, friction, and adoption risks. - Advise clinical and operational stakeholders on product setup and adoption approaches tailored to their workflows. - Build and maintain customer templates, configuration guidance, and training materials for customers and implementation colleagues. - Develop deep knowledge of product features, integrations, and recommended practices, sharing updates across the implementation team. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and support teams to address customer issues and relay feedback and usage patterns.

Requirements - The listing calls for a bachelor’s degree or higher. - Relevant experience may include healthcare software implementation, professional consulting, or work in a growth-stage startup. - Familiarity with radiology information systems, picture archiving and communication systems, dictation tools, or related health IT is relevant. - Experience with radiology workflows or roles such as radiology technologist, PACS administrator, or radiology IT specialist is relevant. - Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and electronic health records is a plus. - Ability to work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders is central to the role.
