Interview Engineer (Jordan)

Role overview Facilitate remote technical interviews with software developers, assessing coding fundamentals and technical knowledge while helping candidates have a clear, welcoming experience. Responsibilities - Lead technical interviews using an online interview platform. - Assess candidates’ coding skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and coding style. - Evaluate communication and explain interview outcomes objectively. - Help make hiring assessments more consistent by reducing bias and focusing on relevant evidence. - Work with the interview program to test and improve interview content, processes, and tools.

Requirements - At least three years of experience as a software developer or engineer. - Strong spoken and written English, with professional communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable internet access and a working webcam and microphone. - Submit a resume in English. - Be located in a country where the opportunity accepts applicants.
