Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Palantir Certified

Role overview Own enterprise AI solutions from early customer discovery through production launch and ongoing improvement. This senior, customer-facing engineering role combines hands-on software and data work with solution design, technical guidance, and collaboration with product teams. The position is remote, with about 25% travel for customer engagements.

Responsibilities - Investigate customer challenges and data environments, then shape practical AI solutions with customer teams. - Design, prototype, deploy, and optimize production applications, including retrieval workflows, knowledge graphs, and agent-based systems. - Build data pipelines and connect AI applications to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, warehouses, and data lakes. - Implement application, infrastructure, and monitoring components; support reliable, traceable operation after launch. - Share field findings with product and platform teams, create reusable technical assets, and mentor engineers and customers. - Work with sales and customer success to identify further opportunities to apply AI.

Requirements - Required: certification for the specified enterprise AI platform; 6+ years in software, data, or AI/ML delivery, including 4+ years in customer-facing or field roles. - Demonstrated experience delivering production AI/ML applications at enterprise scale. - Strong Python skills and broad full-stack experience; familiarity with JavaScript or Go, frontend frameworks, and SQL or NoSQL data stores. - Practical experience with LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, data pipelines, and agent orchestration. - Experience with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud-native deployment, GPU infrastructure, and integrations across enterprise systems. - Able to turn ambiguous needs into engineering plans, communicate with both technical and executive audiences, and deliver on tight timelines.

Nice to have - Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation, multi-agent systems, ontology or knowledge graph modeling, and private cloud or GPU environments. - Background in consulting, startup engineering, solutions engineering, or a regulated or industrial domain.
