Sr. Staff Product Designer

Role overview Operate as a senior individual contributor driving design excellence for a large-scale housing platform serving millions of users across Latin America. As a Sr. Staff Product Designer, you will combine hands-on craft with strategic influence, mentoring other designers and shaping product direction through research-driven, AI-augmented design work.

Responsibilities - Drive design excellence through a hands-on approach while elevating the quality bar across products. - Navigate complex, cross-domain contexts to influence strategic decisions as an individual contributor. - Leverage AI within the design workflow to boost productivity and pioneer new approaches to building user experiences. - Mentor designers and proactively raise the team's craft, skills, and overall design quality. - Synthesize user needs, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable design direction. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to influence roadmaps, bringing a strong design point of view to discussions.

Requirements - Strong craft in product and interaction design, with proven experience building digital products, especially mobile applications. - Leadership maturity that pairs strategic alignment with a desire to stay hands-on with the work. - Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized, with clear, structured communication. - Exceptional prototyping skills, rapidly visualizing and exploring multiple design directions against hypotheses. - Track record across the full product development process, from problem framing through detailed UI and visual design. - World-class portfolio demonstrating shipped, industry-leading digital products; experience running workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders; fluent written and verbal English.
