Role overview
This is a full-time software engineering position within an engineering department, focused on building and maintaining an AI agent platform. The role is based remotely in Mexico and supports the continued development of agent-based AI capabilities. The engineer will collaborate with the broader engineering team to design, build, and evolve platform components.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software components for an AI agent platform - Collaborate with engineering colleagues on architecture, implementation decisions, and code reviews - Write, test, and debug code across the software development lifecycle - Contribute to platform reliability, performance, and ongoing improvements - Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge within the engineering team
Requirements
- Background as a software engineer with experience shipping production software - Familiarity with AI agent systems, platforms, or related concepts - Ability to work effectively as part of a remote engineering team based in Mexico - Comfort working in a full-time engineering role within a structured engineering department
