Role overview

This is a senior product management role focused on building out an agentic banking product suite. The position centers on shaping strategy and delivering high-value, self-service offerings aimed at back-office roles within financial institutions. The work spans the full product lifecycle, from roadmap ownership to go-to-market execution, with significant cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle for agentic banking solutions, prioritizing initiatives that align with customer needs and market opportunities - Define and execute product strategies that balance customer value, business objectives, and emerging technology trends - Develop business cases, pricing models, packaging approaches, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements - Track product performance, adoption metrics, financial results, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement - Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to deliver product initiatives successfully - Act as a subject matter expert in back-office banking workflows, representing the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders - Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

- Typically 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's, or equivalent combination - 4+ years of experience in financial services or strong understanding of banking operations such as customer support, compliance, deposit operations, payment processing, digital banking, or lending - Demonstrable experience in software product management or similar roles - Strong team leadership skills, including experience building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performing teams - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Solid teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities, plus Excel and data analysis proficiency - Self-starter with the ability to deliver results independently - Fluent written and oral communication in English

Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI solutions such as Claude or ChatGPT - Understanding of how AI systems operate, including tokenomics, agent development, and skills writing
