Staff IT Project Manager

Role overview Lead technology projects across enterprise payments and core platform architecture, guiding technical teams from planning through delivery. The role connects business and engineering partners, shaping project plans, roadmaps, and priorities while managing execution and risk.

Responsibilities - Plan and manage IT projects across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Lead cross-functional programs and coordinate technical staff and business stakeholders. - Build and maintain detailed project plans that align business needs with technical work. - Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans. - Guide technical roadmaps and prioritize backlogs using agile practices.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or a closely related field. - Seven years of progressively responsible experience after the degree, including five years in each of the following: full software development lifecycle work, cross-functional program leadership, risk management, agile methods, roadmap planning and backlog prioritization, algorithms and data structures, object-oriented design, database technologies, and Jira. - Experience with CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs. - Experience with at least one of Java, C#, or Python.
