Role overview

This remote, task-based role is open to fluent Japanese speakers in the Sendai area who want to contribute to AI training through natural conversation. Participants join live video sessions with other Japanese-speaking peers, discussing everyday topics while their speech is recorded to help models learn authentic Japanese, including tone, idioms, and cultural nuance. There is no fixed schedule or minimum commitment, so people can fit the work around their own routines.

Responsibilities

- Take part in scheduled video conversations in Japanese on routine topics. - Keep the dialogue genuine and unscripted, flowing like any ordinary chat. - Permit the session to be recorded so it can be used to train AI models. - Complete a short Japanese-language assessment to join the talent pool. - Choose tasks individually after reviewing time and pay details.

Requirements

- Full fluency in Japanese. - Working English for reading instructions and reporting. - Comfort speaking on camera with a new partner for extended casual chat. - A quiet room and a reliable headset or microphone for clear sound capture. - Approachable, easygoing manner suitable for speaking with strangers.
