Responsibilities

- Join paired video calls with another Japanese-speaking participant and hold a relaxed, flowing conversation - Discuss ordinary everyday subjects without scripts, prompts, or rehearsed answers - Allow call audio and video to be recorded so AI teams can study natural speech, tone, and cultural nuance - Complete a short qualifying language assessment before gaining access to paid tasks - Pick which posted tasks to take on, reviewing each task's time estimate and pay in advance

Requirements
