Role overview
A flexible, task-based role for fluent Japanese speakers who want to help shape how AI models understand real human conversation. Participants join live video calls with other Japanese speakers and chat naturally about everyday subjects, while their recorded dialogue is used to train AI on authentic speech patterns and cultural nuance. The work is remote with no set hours or minimum commitment.
Responsibilities
- Take part in live video conversations with other fluent Japanese speakers - Speak naturally about everyday topics without scripts or performance - Permit recordings to be used as training data for AI speech models - Pass a short Japanese language assessment before joining the pool - Review posted task details, time estimates, and pay before accepting each one
Requirements
- Full fluency in Japanese - Functional English for following instructions and reporting - Ease speaking on video with someone you have just met - A quiet space with reliable headphones and microphone for clear audio - Approachable, easygoing personality
