Responsibilities - Join scheduled video calls with other fluent Japanese speakers and hold unscripted conversations on everyday topics. - Speak naturally and conversationally, mirroring how you would outside a work context—no performance or rehearsed lines required. - Allow session audio to be recorded so it can be used as training data for AI speech and language models. - Complete a short language-skills assessment before being matched to available tasks. - Review each posted task, including its time estimate and pay rate, and decide whether to accept it.

Requirements - Full fluency in Japanese, with the confidence to sustain a free-flowing conversation on camera. - Working proficiency in English, sufficient to read task instructions and report issues. - A quiet workspace and reliable, good-quality headphones plus a microphone for clear audio capture. - Comfort speaking with new people and maintaining an easygoing, friendly tone. - Basic familiarity with the online platform used to schedule and join sessions.
