Role overview Support the training of conversational AI models by holding natural Japanese-language video conversations with other participants. The position is remote and arranged as discrete paid tasks, giving individuals full control over their schedule. Your everyday speech becomes valuable data that helps AI systems learn the rhythm, tone, and nuance of real Japanese conversation.

Responsibilities - Join live video calls paired with other fluent Japanese speakers and discuss familiar, everyday topics. - Converse spontaneously, just as you would in any normal social setting, with no scripts or formal structure. - Allow sessions to be recorded so the dialogue can inform AI language model development. - Complete a brief language qualification test to enter the participant pool. - Review posted tasks, including duration and compensation, before choosing which to take on.

Requirements - Full fluency in Japanese, with the speaking confidence to keep conversation moving comfortably. - Sufficient English to read instructions, navigate the platform, and report issues. - A quiet space for recording along with reliable headphones and a microphone. - An easygoing, personable manner when talking with strangers over video. - Comfort using online tools to schedule, confirm, and join sessions.
