The work is remote and structured as individual paid tasks, so participants decide when and how often they take on assignments. Responsibilities - Take part in scheduled sessions with other Japanese-speaking participants and chat naturally about everyday subjects. - Keep the dialogue flowing as you would with a friend or acquaintance—scripts and performances are not needed. - Permit recordings of these sessions to be used as training material for AI language systems. - Pass a brief assessment of your Japanese language abilities before gaining access to tasks. - Browse available tasks, review their expected duration and pay, and opt into the ones that fit.

Requirements - Native or fully fluent Japanese, with the ability to hold a relaxed, extended conversation on video. - Comfortable written and spoken English for following instructions and reporting. - A quiet environment paired with dependable headphones and a microphone for clean audio. - An outgoing, approachable manner and willingness to talk with strangers over video. - Confidence navigating a web-based platform to book and join sessions.
