Role overview

This remote, task-based opportunity invites fluent Japanese speakers in or near Higashiosaka to help train AI models through natural conversation. Participants join live video calls with other Japanese speakers, chatting casually about everyday topics while their speech is recorded to teach AI systems how people actually talk. The work is fully flexible with no fixed hours or minimum commitments, and individual tasks are posted with details so participants can pick what fits their schedule.

Responsibilities

- Take part in live video conversations with other Japanese-speaking participants - Chat about everyday topics in an unscripted, natural manner - Allow sessions to be recorded so AI models can learn realistic speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance - Complete a brief Japanese language assessment before joining the talent pool - Review posted task details, time estimates, and pay before accepting any assignment

Requirements

- Full fluency in spoken Japanese - Working fluency in English for following instructions and reporting - Comfort holding an easy, flowing conversation over video with someone new - A quiet environment plus reliable headphones and a good-quality microphone - Friendly, easygoing manner and willingness to chat openly with new people
