Fluent Japanese speakers in or near Funabashi can contribute to AI training through this remote, task-based role centered on natural conversation. Participants meet other Japanese speakers on live video calls, chatting about everyday topics while their speech is recorded to help models learn how people genuinely talk. There is no fixed schedule or minimum hours, and each task is posted individually with its own time estimate and pay rate so participants stay in control of their workload.
Responsibilities
- Take part in live video conversations with other Japanese-speaking participants - Speak naturally about everyday topics without scripts or formal structure - Allow recordings to be used as training data for speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance - Pass a short Japanese language assessment to join the talent pool - Evaluate posted tasks for time commitment and pay before opting in
Requirements
- Native or fully fluent spoken Japanese - Fluent English for following instructions and completing reports - Comfort holding an easy, flowing conversation on video with unfamiliar people - A quiet workspace with reliable headphones and a clear microphone - Approachable, easygoing demeanor and willingness to engage with strangers
