Responsibilities
- Complete AI training assignments ranging from quick exercises to sessions requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted focus - Analyze, edit, and write annotations used to teach and refine model behavior - Judge and rate the quality of outputs produced by AI systems - Deliver feedback that improves the accuracy, nuance, and alignment of advanced models
Requirements
- Verifiable professional experience as an AI trainer or comparable hands-on expertise with AI training tasks - Willingness to complete a short skills verification assessment, typically 10 to 15 minutes - Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for sustained periods - A reliable, high-speed internet connection and access to a computer - A PayPal account to receive task-based payments - Comfort operating as a self-employed contractor, including self-declaring earnings
