Role overview This role invites qualified AI training experts in the Oklahoma City area to take part in training and evaluating next-generation AI models through a pool of paid, task-based assignments. Participants work remotely on activities such as annotation and model performance judgment, rather than as traditional employees. Onboarding is fast: candidates complete a short skills test and, once accepted, can begin taking on assignments within roughly 15 minutes.

Responsibilities - Work through AI training tasks that include analyzing, editing, and writing annotations - Evaluate how well AI systems perform on assigned prompts and provide structured judgments - Help improve the behavior and output quality of cutting-edge AI models - Pass a 10–15 minute skills verification test to demonstrate relevant competence - Stay focused on individual tasks, some of which require up to one hour of uninterrupted work
