Role overview This position is open to AI training professionals located in North Dakota who are interested in supporting the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems through short, paid assignments. After clearing a brief skills assessment, participants are onboarded into a pool where they complete annotation work and provide structured evaluations of AI model output. Responsibilities - Carry out AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations on supplied material - Assess and judge AI model performance against defined rubrics - Produce feedback that helps refine and improve modern AI systems - Successfully complete a short 10–15 minute verification test to confirm suitability for the participant pool - Maintain concentration on tasks that can run up to one hour in a single sitting

Requirements - Demonstrable, verifiable professional experience as an AI trainer or in closely related AI work - High attention to detail and the capacity to focus deeply on complex problems - A dependable, fast internet connection and a working computer - Comfort operating as a self-employed contractor, including self-declaring earnings - An active PayPal account to receive payments from clients
