Role overview This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for experienced AI trainers to join a paid participant pool that trains and evaluates advanced AI models. Selected candidates first complete a short skills assessment and then pick up task-based work from home on a flexible schedule, with each task typically lasting up to one hour.

Responsibilities - Complete AI training tasks that involve analyzing, editing, and writing annotations on model outputs. - Judge and rate the performance of AI systems across defined criteria. - Provide structured human feedback that helps improve the quality of next-generation models. - Pass an initial skills verification test to gain access to the participant pool. - Self-manage tax and administrative obligations as an independent contractor.
