Role overview

This position calls on professionals in Minnesota to help train and assess next-generation AI models through a series of paid remote assignments. Participants act as independent contributors, picking up studies that match their skills and completing them on their own time. The core purpose is to inject expert human judgment into the model development process.

Responsibilities

- Tackle AI training tasks involving analysis, editing, and writing of annotations - Review and judge the performance of AI systems on defined exercises - Supply detailed feedback that feeds back into model improvement cycles - Successfully complete a 10-15 minute verification test to access available work - Stay engaged during individual sessions that can require up to an hour of focused effort

Requirements

- Track record of verifiable work as an AI trainer or in a closely related capacity - Excellent attention to detail and sustained concentration on complex tasks - Reliable broadband connection and a functioning computer - Willingness to be engaged as self-employed and to self-report income - Active PayPal account for receiving task payments - U.S. residency in Minnesota
