Responsibilities

- Work through training tasks that involve reading, analyzing, editing, or annotating content - Evaluate AI-generated responses and rate them against defined criteria - Flag errors, biases, or weaknesses that should inform future model iterations - Sit a brief 10-15 minute skills assessment prior to joining the pool - Maintain concentration through individual tasks that may last up to one hour

Requirements

- Demonstrable AI training experience or comparable professional background - Strong attention to detail with the stamina to focus on complex problems - Stable, fast internet and a personal computer suitable for web-based work - Comfort being classified as self-employed and reporting earnings independently - A PayPal account able to receive study payments - Residency in Massachusetts
