This opportunity invites experienced practitioners based in Louisiana to contribute to the training and evaluation of advanced AI models on a remote, task-by-task basis. Participants join an independent contractor pool and complete structured assignments that supply the human feedback used to refine machine learning systems. Responsibilities

- Complete AI training assignments such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations - Judge the quality and correctness of model outputs across a range of task types - Provide structured feedback that helps improve model behavior over time - Pass an initial 10-15 minute skills verification test before entering the participant pool - Stay focused during tasks that may run up to one uninterrupted hour

Requirements

- Verifiable professional experience as an AI trainer or in a closely related role - Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate for sustained periods - A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer - Willingness to operate as self-employed and self-declare earnings - An active PayPal account to receive payments for completed tasks - Current U.S. residency in Louisiana
