AI Training Experts - Las Vegas, US

Role overview This position invites experienced AI training professionals based in the Las Vegas area to join a remote, project-based pool that supports AI research and development. Instead of a traditional job, contributors are paid per task for the human expertise and judgment they bring to model training and evaluation. Once accepted into the pool, participants select tasks that match their verified skills and complete them on their own schedule.

Responsibilities - Take on AI training assignments that involve analyzing model behavior, editing text, and crafting accurate annotations - Evaluate AI system outputs and judge their quality against defined standards - Provide feedback that helps refine and improve the next generation of AI models - Dedicate up to one hour of focused attention when a particular task requires it

Requirements - Verifiable experience working as an AI trainer and a clear demonstration of relevant task skills - Readiness to complete a short skills assessment (around 10-15 minutes) - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to concentrate deeply for extended periods - A fast, reliable internet connection and a personal computer suitable for online research work - Willingness to operate as a self-employed independent contractor and self-declare income - A PayPal account for receiving task-based compensation
