Responsibilities - Complete AI training tasks, including analyzing model outputs, editing text, and writing high-quality annotations - Judge the performance of AI systems against task rubrics and provide structured feedback - Help improve the accuracy, safety, and alignment of cutting-edge models through your contributions - Work on self-contained paid studies that may run up to one hour of uninterrupted focus
Requirements - Verifiable professional experience as an AI trainer and demonstrable task-specific skills - Willingness to complete a short skills verification assessment (roughly 10-15 minutes) - Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for sustained periods - A reliable, fast internet connection and a personal computer suitable for online task work - Comfort operating as a self-employed independent contractor, including self-declaring earnings - A PayPal account to receive task-based payments
