Role overview
This task-based remote role involves having natural Spanish-language video conversations that are recorded and used as training data for AI models. Participants are paired with other fluent Spanish speakers for live calls, chatting casually about everyday topics in their normal speaking style. There is no fixed schedule and no minimum hours; participants pick the tasks they want to take.
Responsibilities
- Join live video conversations with other fluent Spanish speakers for scheduled research sessions - Hold unscripted, free-flowing discussions on everyday topics as you would with anyone else - Allow the conversation audio and video to be recorded for AI model training purposes - Read task briefs in English and follow instructions accurately - Complete a short qualification assessment before gaining access to paid tasks
Requirements
- Full fluency in Spanish, including natural conversational ability - Working proficiency in English for understanding instructions and reporting - Comfort holding an extended casual conversation over video with someone new - Quiet environment plus a good-quality headset with headphones and microphone - Friendly, easygoing communication style and willingness to engage with strangers
Nice to have
- Background in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics - Prior experience participating in online research, user studies, or data collection projects
