AI Trainer - Spanish - Mexico

Role overview Contribute to the next generation of conversational AI as a Spanish-speaking AI Trainer, joining live video calls with other fluent Spanish speakers for natural, unscripted conversations on everyday topics. Recordings help systems better understand how people actually speak, including tone, pacing, and cultural nuance. Work is fully remote, task-based, and flexible, with no fixed schedule and no minimum hours requirement, based in Mexico.

Responsibilities - Join scheduled live video conversations in Spanish with other participants and engage in natural, flowing dialogue. - Discuss everyday topics without scripts or performance, keeping the conversation realistic and relaxed. - Allow conversations to be recorded so they can be used as training data for AI models focused on natural speech. - Review available tasks and decide which to accept, taking into account time estimate and pay per task. - Complete a short language skills assessment to join the talent pool and unlock similar paid projects over time.

Requirements - Full fluency in Spanish as a speaker. - Fluent English for instructions, task briefs, and reporting. - Comfort holding an easy, natural conversation over video call with someone new. - A quiet environment and good-quality headphones and microphone for clear audio capture. - Friendly, easygoing manner and comfort speaking with new people. - Based in Mexico.

Nice to have - Backgrounds in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics.
