The work centres on reviewing text and audio outputs produced by AI models and judging how authentically they reflect natural Punjabi speech. Your judgements directly shape how machine learning systems learn to handle the language's subtleties.

Responsibilities

- Compare AI-generated text and voice snippets side by side, judging how naturally and accurately each captures Punjabi. - Listen to synthetic audio clips and rate the realism, tone, and pronunciation. - Flag cases where pronunciation, intonation, or expression feels unnatural or culturally off. - Check whether the AI's delivery matches the conversational or situational context. - Tag audio samples with structured feedback on naturalness, tone, and authenticity. - Complete focused evaluation sessions of up to one uninterrupted hour, with many tasks shorter than that.

Requirements

- Native or near-native fluency in Punjabi, with strong command of everyday, natural speech. - Working proficiency in English for reading task instructions and writing brief reports. - Sharp ear for differences in accent, pitch, and vocal delivery. - High attention to detail and consistent judgement across many short clips. - A quiet workspace and good-quality headphones or speakers. - An active PayPal account for receiving payment.
