The role supports the development of more human-sounding AI by having native listeners evaluate synthetic Lithuanian audio and text for naturalness and cultural fit. Evaluators take on short, paid tasks that combine careful listening with structured written feedback.

Responsibilities

- Run side-by-side comparisons of AI-produced text and voice outputs - Listen to AI-generated audio and rate how natural the voice sounds in Lithuanian - Spot pronunciation, accent, or tone issues that make speech feel artificial or mismatched - Judge whether the AI's intonation fits the conversational setting - Tag and describe each audio sample's strengths and weaknesses using a provided framework

Requirements

- Strong, native-level fluency in Lithuanian, especially everyday spoken forms - Ability to perceive subtle differences in accent, pitch, and vocal expression - Working English skills for understanding instructions and writing feedback - Consistent attention to detail over many short, repetitive evaluations - Quiet environment plus good-quality headphones or speakers for audio work - An active PayPal account for receiving payments
