AI Trainer – Fluent Lithuanian Speaker - Oslo, Norway

Role overview

This remote opportunity welcomes fluent Lithuanian speakers based in or around Oslo, Norway. Selected evaluators will assess the naturalness of AI-generated Lithuanian text and audio, providing structured feedback that shapes how language models handle pronunciation and tone. The work is project-based, fast-paced, and rewards a sharp ear for linguistic detail.

Responsibilities

- Carry out side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated text and voice snippets - Listen to synthetic audio and rate how natural the voice sounds to a Lithuanian speaker - Identify moments where pronunciation, accent, or rhythm feel off or culturally inconsistent - Review whether intonation aligns with the conversational context being presented - Apply structured tags and written feedback on tone, authenticity, and naturalness

Requirements

- Native or near-native fluency in Lithuanian, with strong command of everyday spoken usage - Sensitivity to subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery - Fluent English skills for reading instructions and reporting observations - High attention to detail and ability to stay consistent across many short evaluations - Quiet environment and reliable, good-quality headphones or speakers - PayPal account set up to receive payments
