Responsibilities

- Run side-by-side evaluations of text and voice snippets to assess quality - Judge how natural AI-generated Lithuanian audio sounds - Spot pronunciation, accent, or tone that feels unnatural or culturally off - Check whether intonation matches the cultural setting of the conversation - Provide feedback through structured tagging on naturalness and authenticity

Requirements

- Native or near-native Lithuanian fluency with command of everyday speech - Ability to detect subtle differences in accent, rhythm, and vocal style - Fluent English for following instructions and reporting - High attention to detail and consistency across repeated tasks - Quiet workspace plus reliable headphones or speakers - PayPal account to receive payments from clients
