Role overview
Based in or near Edmonton, this role recruits fluent Lithuanian speakers to act as evaluators for AI speech projects. The work centres on judging whether AI-generated Lithuanian sounds natural, fluent, and culturally appropriate. Engagement is project-based and conducted remotely with task-by-task payment.
Responsibilities
- Review paired text and audio snippets to assess authenticity of AI speech output - Rate AI-generated voice samples for naturalness and fluency - Flag pronunciation, accent, or tone that feels mechanical or off - Check that intonation fits the implied cultural context of the conversation - Submit structured feedback through tagging and short notes
Requirements
- Strong command of natural, conversational Lithuanian - Ability to perceive subtle variations in accent, rhythm, and vocal delivery - Comfortable working in English for instruction and reporting - Reliable attention to detail over many short evaluations - Access to a quiet workspace with decent headphones or speakers - PayPal account to receive client payments
