AI Trainer – Fluent Lithuanian Speaker - Dublin, Ireland

Role overview This is a remote evaluator role for Dublin-based Lithuanian speakers interested in contributing to AI language research. The position focuses on rating the naturalness of AI-produced Lithuanian in both text and speech, helping model developers refine pronunciation, intonation, and conversational tone. Sessions are short, structured, and completed online on a contributor's own schedule.

Responsibilities - Perform side-by-side reviews of AI-generated Lithuanian text and pick the more natural-sounding version - Listen to AI-generated Lithuanian audio and rate it for realism and pronunciation quality - Point out moments where an AI voice sounds stilted, mispronounced, or culturally off - Label or annotate samples with clear feedback on tone, fluency, and authenticity - Complete focused evaluation blocks that can last up to one uninterrupted hour

Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in Lithuanian, with a feel for everyday speech and idioms - Working proficiency in English to read task instructions and provide feedback - Strong auditory discrimination, especially around accent, prosody, and delivery style - A quiet workspace and high-quality headphones or speakers for audio review - PayPal account for receiving task payments - Comfort using a web-based platform to receive and submit evaluations

Nice to have - Background in linguistics, translation, interpreting, or phonetics - Previous experience with data annotation, transcription, or AI quality assessment
