AI Trainer – Fluent Lithuanian Speaker - Chicago, USA

Role overview This is a remote evaluator role open to Chicago-area residents who are fluent Lithuanian speakers, focused on improving how AI models produce and understand Lithuanian text and speech. The position involves short, structured sessions in which you compare AI outputs and rate them for naturalness and cultural accuracy. Contributors work independently from home on their own schedule.

Responsibilities - Run side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated Lithuanian text samples and choose the more authentic version - Listen carefully to AI-generated Lithuanian audio and score it for naturalness and pronunciation quality - Identify cases where tone, emphasis, or accent feels off for a native listener - Apply consistent tagging or annotations to describe what does or does not work in each sample - Stay focused for up to one hour at a time while completing a series of evaluations

Requirements - Native or near-native Lithuanian with strong grasp of conversational and idiomatic usage - Working proficiency in English for following written task instructions - A trained ear for differences in accent, intonation, and vocal delivery - A quiet environment and good-quality headphones or speakers for audio review - PayPal account for receiving payments from study organizers - Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for browser-based work
