AI Trainer – Fluent Lithuanian Speaker - Calgary, Canada

Role overview This is a remote, part-time evaluator opportunity based in the Calgary area for native-level Lithuanian speakers who want to shape how AI systems handle the Lithuanian language. The work centers on rating AI-generated text and audio so that models better capture authentic pronunciation, intonation, and conversational nuance. Contributors sign in to complete focused study sessions and provide structured feedback on each sample.

Responsibilities - Compare pairs of AI-generated text outputs side by side and judge which version reads more naturally in Lithuanian - Listen to AI-generated voice clips and rate them for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, and cultural fit - Flag tone, accent, or intonation choices that feel unnatural or culturally mismatched - Tag and annotate samples with concise feedback on quality, fluency, and authenticity - Complete sessions of up to one uninterrupted hour, working through multiple evaluations in sequence

Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in Lithuanian, with strong command of everyday spoken and written usage - Working fluency in English for reading task instructions and reporting findings - Sharp listening skills and the ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent and tone - Access to a quiet workspace and reliable, good-quality headphones or speakers - A PayPal account in order to receive task payments - Comfort working independently on a computer-based platform with deadline-driven tasks
