An AI research project is seeking fluent Kazakh speakers in the San Francisco area to work as language evaluators. The role centers on rating AI-generated text for naturalness, idiomatic accuracy, and cultural authenticity, helping train models to communicate in genuinely human Kazakh. Work is task-based, remote, and paced flexibly around the contributor's schedule.
Responsibilities
- Compare paired text samples side by side to assess which version reads as more natural Kazakh - Read AI-generated passages and rate their overall naturalness - Spot tone, phrasing, or wording that feels artificial or culturally off - Verify that vocabulary and level of formality suit the intended cultural context - Apply structured tags and written feedback describing authenticity, tone, and flow
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Kazakh, both written and spoken - Sensitivity to subtle differences in tone, register, and idiom - Fluent English for following task instructions and writing reports - Careful attention to detail - Reliable computer and a quiet workspace for focused reading and writing - PayPal account to receive task payments
