AI Trainer - Fluent Dutch Speakers - Utrecht

Role overview A flexible, task-based remote opportunity for fluent Dutch speakers to help train AI models through natural conversation. Participants join live video calls with other Dutch speakers, chatting about everyday topics while their speech is recorded and used to teach models realistic tone, cultural nuance, and conversational flow. The role is based in or around Utrecht and is open to candidates worldwide, with no fixed schedule and no minimum hours.

Responsibilities - Take part in live video conversations in Dutch with other participants, on topics disclosed in each task. - Chat naturally without scripts, keeping dialogue flowing as it would in everyday life. - Allow conversations to be recorded so that AI teams can study pronunciation, idioms, tone, and cultural patterns. - Review individual task postings, including time estimates and pay, before accepting each one. - Complete a short language assessment after joining the talent pool to unlock future paid projects.

Requirements - Full fluency in Dutch, both spoken and comprehension. - Fluent English for reading instructions and reporting. - Comfort holding an open, flowing conversation with someone new over video. - A quiet environment and a reliable setup with good-quality headphones and a microphone. - Friendly, easygoing manner and willingness to talk with new people.

Nice to have - Background in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics.
