Role overview Contribute to the development of conversational AI systems by participating in live Dutch-language video calls with other fluent speakers. The work centers on natural, unscripted dialogue about everyday topics, with the recordings used to help AI models learn authentic speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance. This is a fully remote, task-based opportunity with complete scheduling flexibility and no minimum hour requirement.

Responsibilities - Join scheduled video sessions with matched Dutch-speaking participants and hold free-flowing conversations. - Discuss everyday topics naturally without scripts or rehearsed material. - Allow conversations to be recorded so AI teams can study authentic Dutch speech and interaction patterns. - Complete a short language assessment before gaining access to available tasks. - Review individual task postings, including estimated time and pay, before opting in. - Maintain a quiet environment and proper audio setup to ensure usable recordings.

Requirements - Full fluency in Dutch, including the ability to converse naturally on everyday topics. - Working proficiency in English to follow instructions and report back. - Comfort and ease speaking with new people over live video calls. - A quiet space for sessions plus a reliable microphone and good headphones for clear audio. - Friendly, easygoing demeanor suited to open-ended conversation. - A computer or device capable of running a video call platform.
