AI Trainer - Fluent Dutch Speakers - Leiden

Role overview This is a remote, task-based opportunity based around Leiden for fluent Dutch speakers who want to help train AI models through real, natural conversation. Participants are matched into live video calls with other Dutch speakers and chat about everyday topics while the audio is recorded as training data. Work is fully flexible with no minimum hours, no fixed schedule, and the option to pick up additional paid projects after completing a short language assessment.

Responsibilities - Join scheduled video sessions with other Dutch-speaking participants and hold natural, unscripted conversations. - Discuss everyday topics and let dialogue flow as it would with anyone else, without memorised lines or performance. - Allow conversations to be recorded so they can be used to teach AI models authentic Dutch speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance. - Browse individual task postings, each showing an estimated time and pay rate, before deciding whether to take one on. - Complete an initial language assessment to join the talent pool and unlock future similar projects.

Requirements - Full fluency in Dutch, including the ability to speak naturally in a relaxed conversational register. - Working proficiency in English for understanding instructions and reporting. - Comfort being on camera and holding a flowing conversation with a new person. - A quiet environment, a stable internet connection, and good-quality headphones with a microphone. - A friendly, easygoing manner suited to chatting openly with strangers.

Nice to have - Background in teaching, interpreting, customer service, linguistics, or another communication-focused field.
