AI Trainer - Fluent Dutch Speakers - Heerlen

Role overview This is a remote, task-based opportunity based around Heerlen for fluent Dutch speakers interested in shaping how AI models learn to understand human conversation. Participants join live video calls with other Dutch speakers, chatting casually about everyday subjects while their speech is captured as training data. There is no fixed schedule and no minimum commitment, and passing the initial assessment opens up further paid projects on the platform.

Responsibilities - Take part in scheduled video calls with other Dutch-speaking participants for natural conversation sessions. - Chat about everyday topics in an unscripted way, keeping the dialogue relaxed and spontaneous. - Permit recordings so the audio can be used to help AI models learn authentic Dutch speech, tone, and cultural nuance. - Review each available task individually, including time estimate and pay, before opting in. - Complete a short language assessment to join the talent pool and qualify for future work.

Requirements - Full fluency in Dutch and the ability to speak naturally without a script. - Working proficiency in English to follow instructions and reporting requirements. - Confidence on camera and ease in starting conversation with new people. - A quiet workspace plus a reliable setup including good-quality headphones and a microphone. - Friendly, easygoing interpersonal style suited to open dialogue.
